Since Admin4 is freshly released as open source project, its support infrastructure and community is still in its infancy, and thus resources are limited.
If you have difficulties and/or questions, please follow these steps:
- You probably already had a look at the documentation, didn't you?
- Maybe the problem you encountered is already fixed? Try the online update.
- Determine which version of Admin4 you're running, see the application's about box.
- Check if there are tracebacks and/or helpful messages in the logfile that occured when you triggered the problem. The logfile is in your home directory, and also accessible using the help/logging menu. You can Ctrl-C copy marked lines to the clipboard as well.
- Check the forum.
- Post a mail on the support mailing list. Don't forget the information you gathered above.
- Be a little patient :-)
